About Hollie

Hollie Bullett is a personal trainer based at Koru Gym in Bishops Stortford and has made her mark on the local community over the past 8 years with her personal 1-2-1 training and the challenging ‘Bullett Bootcamp’. Now Hollie is also running indoor circuit classes and private PT in Great Dunmow.

 

Despite always having a keen interest in team sports, I spent years struggling with my weight and fitness when competing. I only realised my true vocation as a Personal Trainer when I began working with one myself. I could feel and see the huge benefits it had on me as a person, both physically and mentally so decided that I wanted to be part of this ‘confidence boosting’ fitness world!

 

I am a fun, chatty and adventurous person, and have done my fair share of travelling the world. It is this same spirit that makes me passionate and determined to try new training techniques to expand my knowledge in the field.

 

It’s not about ‘the image’, the washboard abs or taking the perfect ‘gym selfie!!’ It’s about improving your health both physically and mentally.

Life can be hectic and hard to find the time to concentrate on your own personal growth, whatever that may be.
